Cookies and cream ice cream – No churn

My husband is always craving an oreo mcflurry, I for one used to love it until it became “barely any” oreo mcflurry.

I know ya’ll feel me! So I surprised him with my homemade version. The verdict? It was gone by the 3rd day!


500 ml fresh cream
1 tin of condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
16 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
Pinch of salt


1. Whisk cream and condensed milk using an hand mixer until soft peaks form, add vanilla essence and pinch of salt

2. Fold in crushed oreo cookies until combined, I like saving 2 tablespoons of the crushed cookies to top the ice cream with.

3. Pour the ice cream mixture into a loaf tin or a freezer safe container, top with remaining crushed cookies and freeze for 6 hours.
