
Individual Charcuterie Cups (makes 6 cups)
Ingredients
150g pistachios, roasted
350g strawberries, hulled
200g cherries
100g green olives
12 crackers
12 breadsticks
200g Gouda cheese with cumin
36 Slices Salami
6-12 chocolate truffles
Method
Assemble
Add equal amounts of roasted pistachio nuts, cherries, strawberries, and olives to each glass.
Add two crackers and 2 breadsticks to each cup.
Slice the gouda, and add equal amounts to each cup.
To make the salami rose, lay six pieces onto a flat surface. Overlap them by 1/2 cm, and fold all six pieces in half together. (see video here).
Next tightly roll the folded pieces of Salami. Start from one side and roll until a rose shape is formed. Then push the skewer through the rose to hold it together. Do this with the remaining salami.
Place each salami rose into the cups, add a chocolate truffle or two, and serve immediately.
