This mince samoosa filling recipe is super easy to whip up + is mild enough to suit my kids taste buds. The chopped coriander at the end is an absolute flavor bomb.

1 kilo lamb mince (you can use beef or mutton as well)

Salt to taste

2 large onions (finely chopped)

1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste

1 teaspoon ground green chilli (leave this out if you want a milder filling)

2 teaspoons ground coriander and cumin powder

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Handful finely chopped coriander

1 sprig curry leaves

Bell peppers finely chopped

Heat up oil in a pot, fry up your onion and bell peppers, add in the ginger and garlic paste and curry leaves, add in mince and using a spoon break the mince up. Now add in all the spices and salt and braise for 5 minutes. If there is any water from the mince turn up your stove higher until it dries out then lower the temperature. Take off the stove and allow to cool down before adding chopped spring onion (optional) and chopped coriander.
