The only difficult part is to dip in chocolate or not? Who am I kidding!!! I’m smothering each of these in chocolate 😂.
Here’s how you can make them!
Chocolate Melting Moments

125 ml sifted icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or essence
375 ml cake flour
60 ml corn flour
125 ml cocoa powder
200 g chocolate, melted for dipping
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Prepare your baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
2. Cream the butter, icing sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy (pale yellow). Sift in your dry ingredients and beat will combined and soft.
3. Scoop your mixture into a piping bag fitting with a large star nozzle. Pipe rounds on your prepared baking tray and bake for 12 minutes. Cool on the tray.
4. Once cool sandwich or dip your biscuits with the melted chocolate and top with toasted nuts or sprinkles. Store in an airtight container and most of all enjoy ❤.
