Hollandaise Sauce Recipe
3 large egg yolks
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon or whole grain mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
pinch of smoked paprika
113 g unsalted butter, melted
Add the egg yolks, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and smoked paprika into a blender and blend for 10 seconds until combined.
