We created these energy bites as a healthy treat filled with energy-boosting ingredients which make them the perfect snack!
100g Bakers Good Morning Apple & Cinnamon Breakfast Biscuits
25g dried apple slices
50g cashew nuts
pitted 10g desiccated coconut
In a food processor, blend the biscuits, dried apple, cashews, coconut and dates to form a sticky mixture.
Lightly wet your hands and scoop a teaspoon of the mix into the palm of your hand and roll to form a smooth ball.
Roll in desiccated coconut, store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks – but they won’t last that long!
