Creamy lemon butter baked fish

Ingredients
4 fish fillets
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup cream
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp crushed green chilli
1.5 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
Coriander and lemon slices, to serve

Method
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Place butter, cream, crushed garlic, dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a microwave-proof bowl. Microwave at 15-second intervals until melted and smooth.
Place fish fillets in a baking dish. Season both sides of fish with salt and pepper and pour over the sauce.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fish is cooked. Remove from oven and serve. Spoon over sauce, garnish with coriander.
