Pizza Toast

Ingredients
8 slices of bread, I used sourdough
1 cup pasta sauce, store-bought or homemade
120g bocconcini or grated mozzeralla
100g Salami or mushrooms
Fresh basil, for garnish

Method
Preheat your oven to 200C or air fryer to 180C.
Place the bread on a baking sheet topped with baking paper and add a generous spoonful of pasta sauce on each slice.
Top with salami (or mushrooms) and bocconcini or grated mozzarella.
Bake or air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the bread is crispy and the cheese has melted.
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil and serve. Enjoy!
