
Candied croissant sandwich
Ingredients
2 croissants
1 tbsp salted butter
1 tbsp honey
60g burrata
Balsamic glaze
1 tbsp pistachios, chopped
4 slices Mortadella
Method
Flatten your croissants fully with a rolling pin.
Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a pan in medium heat. Place two croissants in the pan and flatten with the back of a spatula.
Drizzle each croissant with honey before flipping it over to brown in the other side.
Remove both croissants.
Top one croissant with burrata, balsamic glaze, pistachios, and mortadella and sandwich with the other croissant. Enjoy!
