Rice Krispie Treats

Ingredients
170g unsalted butter
500g marshmallows
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
270g Puffed rice cereal
Funfetti sprinkles, plus extra for decorating
300g white chocolate

Method
Line a 20×30 cm baking pan with baking paper. Set aside.
Add melted butter to a microwave-safe bowl, and add in the marshmallows. once melted, microwave at 1-minute intervals mixing in between until melted and combined.
Stir in the vanilla extract and salt. Fold in the cereal and sprinkles. Making sure the grain is generously coated with the marshmallow mixture.
Transfer mixture to prepared pan. Using a rubber spatula gently spread the mixture to fit the pan. Lightly press down until the combination is secure in the pan.
Allow the krispie treats to set at least 1 hour at room temperature.
Lift the rice krispie treats as a whole out of the pan using the edges of the baking paper. Cut into squares.
Dip the squares into chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.
Cover and store at room temperature for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
