Gunpowder Chicken Wings

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp ground cumin
2 tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chilli powder
1½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
800g chicken wings
2 chillies, finely sliced, for garnish
10g fresh coriander, for garnish
Lime, to serve
Habanero sauce, to serve

Method
In a small bowl add the cumin, coriander, garlic, chilli powder, and bicarbonate of soda in a bowl, mix till combined.
Sprinkle the seasoning mix and olive oil over the chicken wings, turning to coat well in the spice mix.
If cooking in the oven, preheat to 200°C and prepare a baking tray with baking paper. Arrange the wings on a baking tray and cook for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway, until golden, and cooked through.
If you prefer using an air fryer, cook at 200C for 20 minutes, turning once.
Once cooked garnish with sliced chilli and fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime. Serve with your favourite hot sauce and enjoy!
