Floral Pomegranate Margarita

Ingredients
Ice
30ml tequila
30ml Cointreau
30ml lime juice
60ml Pomegranate and Elderflower Cordial, I used the Forage and Feast one
Pomegranate seeds, for garnish
Method
Rub the rim of your glass with a lime wedge, dip the rim into caster sugar, add ice to the glass, and set aside,
Add 4 ice cubes, tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and cordial to a cocktail shaker. Shake for a minute.
Pour into the glass, garnish with pomegranate seeds, and serve.
