Pornstar Martini (Makes one cocktail)
Ingredients
50ml Gin or Vodka
25ml passion fruit liqueur (e.g., Passoã)
25ml passion fruit purée
15ml lime juice (freshly squeezed)
15ml sugar syrup
1 passion fruit (halved, for garnish)
Prosecco (served on the side)
Ice
Method
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit purée, lime juice, and sugar syrup.
Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
Float half a passion fruit on top as a garnish.
Serve with a shot of Prosecco on the side.
The proper way to enjoy it is to sip the martini and cleanse the palate with the Prosecco. Enjoy! 🍸
