Pizza Dough (2 Bases)
500g bread flour (or all-purpose flour)
7g instant dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1½ tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
320ml warm water

Chicken:
400g chicken breast or boneless thighs
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste

½ cup cashews
2 large tomatoes, diced
3–4 dried red chillies
Salt to taste

¼ cup heavy cream

1½–2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

How to Make Butter Chicken Pizza
Step 1: Make the Pizza Dough
In a bowl, mix 120ml warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until foamy (5–10 minutes).
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
Add yeast mixture, remaining water, and olive oil. Mix into a dough.
Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Cover and let rise for 1–1½ hours until doubled.
Divide into 2 dough balls and rest for 20–30 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare the Butter Chicken Topping
Cook the Chicken:
Marinate the chicken with salt, chilli powder, cumin, and ginger garlic paste.
Heat oil in a pan and cook until golden. Set aside.
