I’m sharing my most favourite cookie recipes, from the versatile sugar cookie to Italian biscotti these recipes will have you swooning.
1. Bakery Style Chocolate Chip Cookies
Like the name suggests these cookies are amazing! Crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside, with the addition of orange zest which just brings the whole thing together. Flavour Bomb!

2. Almond and Apricot Biscotti
I love these! I probably ate a the entire batch by myself that’s how good they are. They’re crunchy and bursting full of flavour thanks to the almonds and turkish apricots.

3. Peanut Butter and Jam Bars
This one takes me back to being a kid, I used crunchy peanut butter and strawberry jam (classic combination) amd topped with salt roasted peanuts. A definite crowd pleaser be sure to make extra because these disappear fast!

4. Romany Cream Style Biscuits
This is my most requested recipes to date, it’s the combination of chocolate and coconut that’s a total winner. I topped mine with melted chocolate and pecan nuts for texture.

5. Watermelon cookies
I made these using my sugar cookie recipe and they’re just adorable, they freeze really well too so you can always have them available. They’re just so darn cute!
6. Sugar Cookies
These cookies can be transformed into just about anything that’s bow versatile they are. They are my go to!
