These are the best chicken wings I’ve ever had!! There is so much flavour packed into these little morsels – my only advice is to make more than one batch or be prepared to fight over these like we did!

Ingredients:
Dry rub:
500g chicken wings
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp jeera powder (cumin)
1/2 tsp dhania powder (coriander)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely diced
4 tablespoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons crushed green chilli
1/2 cup parmesan, grated
Method:
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Prepare a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
Add the chicken wings to a medium sized bowl, add in the spices and a splash of olive oil and mix until the chicken is coated.
Place the chicken (skin side up) on the baking tray and bake for 20 – 25 minutes until golden.
Prepare the sesame oil glaze by adding the sesame oil, diced garlic and crushed chilli to a bowl and allow to infuse.
Add baked wings to a medium sized bowl, drizzle in the sesame oil mixture and toss till the chicken is fully coated.
Add in the grated parmesan while the chicken is still hot – toss to coat.
Serve with your favourite dipping sauce and enjoy!
