Someone asked me if I am judgy when it comes to other people’s cooking/food. I of course laughed because as much as I enjoy pushing myself to create stunning dishes in the kitchen I am really a down to earth curry and rice, eat with my hands kinda lady.

And of course I enjoy my pudina chutney smeared on white bread 😆. It’s a meal on it’s own!!

Here is the recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
1 bunch dhania
1 bunch mint
8 green chilli
4 cloves garlic
½ an onion
1 tablespoon tamarind pulp in 1/2 cup boiling water – mash to make a paste
2 tablespoons vinegar

Method:
Add all ingredients to a processor and blitz till smooth. Store in an airtight jar – I’m not sure how long this will keep because it usually never lasts longer than a day in our home ❤
