Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients
1/4 cup cake flour
1/4 cup castor sugar
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp chocolate chips
Whipped cream or ice cream, to serve
Sprinkles, to serve

Method
Add the cake flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt to a regular-sized mug that is also microwave-safe.
Use a fork to mix until combined.
Add the milk and vegetable oil and mix until a thick batter forms.
Add the chopped chocolate on top and microwave for 1 minute.
If the centre is still wet, microwave for another 10-20 seconds until cooked through.
Top with whipped cream or ice cream and sprinkles and enjoy!
