Orzo Bolognese

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced finely
500g beef mince
600g tomato passata
2 tsp Italian herb seasoning
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 beef stock cubes
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
4 cups water
250g dried orzo
Parmesan cheese, to garnish
Fresh basil, to garnish

Method
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Saute the onion and minced garlic for 4-5 minutes.
Add the beef mince, and cook till the mince is browned.
Add the tomato passata, Italian herb, Worcestershire sauce, stock cubes, and water, mix till combined, and allow to come to a simmer.
Mix through the dried orzo, and turn down the heat to medium-low.
Allow to cook for 10 minutes, stir constantly to prevent burning.
Once cooked remove the pasta from the stove.
Taste for salt and adjust if needed.
Serve with a sprinkle of grated parmesan and fresh basil. Enjoy!
