
Cheesy Garlic Bread with Curry Butter
Ingredients
1 loaf ciabatta
100g curry butter, at room temperature
200g Kerrygold Mature Cheddar cheese, grated fresh herbs, to garnish
Method
Preheat oven to 220C, and prepare a baking sheet with baking paper.
Slice the ciabatta in half lengthwise and place cut side up on the baking sheet.
Add the curry butter and Kerrygold Mature Cheddar cheese to a bowl, and mix till combined. Smear even amounts of the cheese mixture to each half of the ciabatta.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Garnish with fresh herbs, slice, and enjoy warm.
