
Sassy Mango Lassi
Ingredients
5 saffron threads
1/4 cup milk, warm
Ice
150g mango, cubed
250ml double cream yoghurt
2 tbsp pistachios, plus extra for garnish
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
30 ml chai syrup
60ml white rum
Method
Add saffron threads to a small bowl with the warm milk. allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Add the ice, mango, yoghurt, pistachios, chai syrup, and white rum to a blender. Add the saffron milk mixture.
Blend till smooth.
Pour into a tall glass, garnish with chopped, roasted pistachios, and serve. Enjoy!
