Date and Almond Chocolate Clusters

Ingredients
110g Medjool dates, chopped
50g sliced almonds, lightly toasted, plus extra for garnish
150g dark chocolate, melted
Flakey sea salt

Method
Add chopped dates, toasted almonds, and melted chocolate in a bowl. Mix ingredients until the dates and almonds are coated in chocolate.
Line a baking tray or plate with baking paper, and use a tablespoon to scoop out clusters of the mixture onto the prepared tray. Top with extra almonds and flakey sea salt.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until the chocolate has set.
Store in an air-tight container and enjoy it as a delicious snack.
