Seeded Bread recipe

Ingredients
390g Wholewheat flour
20g Bran
80g Mixed seeds
2 tsp Instant yeast
1 1/2 tsp Salt
500ml Warm water
1 tbsp Olive oil

Method
Prepare a non-stick loaf tin with baking spray and set aside.

To a large mixing bowl add in all the dry ingredients, and mix to combine.
Add in the water and olive oil and continue to mix until a sticky dough has formed.

Add the dough to the prepared loaf tin and cover loosely with cling wrap, allowing the dough to rise for 40 minutes.

At the 30-minute mark, preheat your oven to 200C. Place the loaf into the oven and bake for 50 minutes to an hour until fully cooked.

Allow to cool on a wired rack, slice, and enjoy with lashings of butter.
