
Brie Walnut Stuffed Medjool Dates (Airfryer)
Ingredients (12 pieces)
12 Medjool dates, pitted
100g Brie cheese
12 walnut halves (or roughly chopped)
6 streaky bacon rashers, cut in half
Toothpicks
Honey, for drizzling
Optional: flaky salt, black pepper, fresh thyme
Method
Prep the dates
Slice each Medjool date lengthwise and remove the pit (if not already pitted).
Stuff them
Cut the Brie into small cubes that fit inside the dates.
Add a walnut half (or a teaspoon of chopped walnuts) on top of the Brie, then gently close the date around the filling.
Wrap with bacon
Wrap each date in half a slice of streaky bacon.
Secure with a toothpick so it holds in the airfryer.
Airfry
Preheat airfryer to 180°C.
Place the wrapped dates in a single layer.
Airfry for 8–10 minutes, turning once halfway, until the bacon is crisp and golden.
Finish
Transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle lightly with honey. Optional: sprinkle with flaky salt, cracked black pepper, or thyme leaves.
