Whoo hoo, summer is almost here and that means the holidays are just around the corner.

I enjoy cooking up a storm but during the holidays I prefer spending more time with my family and less time in the kitchen. How does one serve up delicious food that doesn’t take forever to make? It’s so easy! It all starts with this 3 ingredient Garlic Naan bread.

This recipe contains no yeast, and is ready in under 10 minutes. My kids love them, and they make a pretty great base for burger patties.

Here’s how you can make them.

3 ingredient Garlic Naan bread

100 g self-raising flour , plus extra for dusting

6 tablespoons natural yoghurt

Kerrygold garlic butter

Method

1. In a bowl, mix the flour with a little pinch of sea salt, 4 tablespoons of yoghurt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil until you have a dough.

2. Halve, then roll out each piece on a flour-dusted surface until just under ½ cm thick. Cook for 3 minutes, or until golden, turning halfway.

3. Brush each side with Kerrygold garlic butter. Serve warm and enjoy!
