Spicy Beef Ramen


Ingredients
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 large onion, sliced
2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
500g beef mince
4 tsp Rajah Hot Curry Powder
4 packs ramen noodles
500ml hot water, plus more if needed


Sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
4 tsp Hoisin sauce
1/2 cup vegetable stock
Garnish
Finely sliced green onion
Sesame seeds


Method
Heat oil in a large pan or wok over high heat. Add onion and ginger and garlic paste, saute till
golden brown.
Add the beef mince and cook until the mince has browned.
Add the Rajah Hot Curry Powder and mix.
Add the dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and stock to the beef and allow to cook for 5
minutes.
Make a well in the centre of the pan or wok, place the noodles in the centre and add hot water.
Allow the noodles to cook until soft – 2 minutes. Add more water if needed,
Once cooked, toss the noodles through the beef.
Serve immediately, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
