Tuna, Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche

I love a cool food hack, and this one is a keeper! I love the idea of using a wrap instead of making a crust from scratch. I mean, what a time saver, and believe me when I say it is so delicious!

If you thought this couldn’t get any better, I made this delectable quiche in my airfryer – double win!

I used the Eureka Mills wraps for this recipe, and it was delish!

Tuna, Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche

Ingredients
2 Eureka Mills Whole Meal wraps
1 can of tuna in brine, drained
1/2 cup broccoli, diced
3 large eggs
250ml cream
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
3/4 cup cheddar cheese

Method
Cut one of the wraps in half. Lay 1 whole wrap in the base of the airfryer basket, then overlap the halves around the edge up to the rim.

Whisk together the eggs, cream, and seasonings until combined.

Scatter the drained tuna and broccoli over the wrap base. Pour over the egg mixture. Top with cheese and airfry for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.

Allow to cool in the airfryer basket for 10 mins, then remove and cut into wedges to serve. Enjoy!
