Oreo and Raspberry Chocolate Skulls

Ingredients
200g milk chocolate, melted
100g milk chocolate
50ml cream
133g Oreo cookies
50g raspberry preserve, substitute with caramel

Method
Make the chocolate ganache by adding 100g of chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl, pour the cream into the bowl, and microwave at 30-second intervals stirring in between until the chocolate has melted. Set aside to cool.
To a medium-sized bowl add the crushed Oreo cookies, add the cooled ganache, and mix till combined.
Fill the mould with melted chocolate, add in the Oreo ganache mixture, and top with raspberry preserve.
Seal the mould with chocolate.
Place in the fridge to set. Enjoy!
