
Honey Brie Proscuitto Upside Down Tarts
Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry
4 tbsp honey
8 mini brie rounds
8 strips of prosciutto
1 egg, whisked
Parsley, to garnish
Method
Preheat oven to 180C. Prepare a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut 8 rounds, set aside.
On the prepared baking tray, dollop 1/2 a tablespoon of honey, top with one round of brie, and add a folded slice of prosciutto followed by the puff pastry – wrap the pastry over, tuck in the ends tightly.
Do with the remaining ingredients.
Brush the tops with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden.
Garnish with parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy!
