Bagel, Egg, and Cheese Sarmie

Ingredients
4 bagels
Olive Oil
8 large eggs
100g cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Method
Preheat your oven, to 180C.
Prepare a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
Slice the bagels in half and place the bagels cut side down on the prepared baking tray.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Top the bagels with cheese, and crack an egg in each of the centres.
Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano.
For runny yolks with set whites, bake for about 8-10 minutes. If you prefer a fully cooked yolk, bake your bagel eggs for 12-14 minutes.
Remove from the oven, pop the bagels onto a serving plate, and top with extra cheese, crispy bacon, and sandwich with the other half of the bagel and serve immediately. Enjoy!
