Christmas Bauble Strawberry Gin Smash Cocktail
Makes 2 cocktails
Ingredients
6 strawberries, hulled
1/2 lime, sliced in wedges
1 tbsp sugar, adjust to your taste
Ice
Tonic water
100ml gin, I used the Ginologist Gin Ornaments for this recipe
Rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Method
To a glass add the strawberries, lime, and sugar. Muddle until most of the sugar has dissolved.
Add ice, and fill each glass with equal amounts of tonic water, leaving space for the gin bauble. Place a gin-filled bauble over each glass, garnish with fresh rosemary, and serve.
