Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates

Ingredients
6 medjool dates
60 g creamy peanut butter
60 g dark or milk chocolate, melted
1 tablespoon of chopped nuts for garnish
Flakey sea salt

Method
Slice the dates halfway lengthwise.
Fill the center of each date with a spoonful of peanut butter.
Dip each of the stuffed dates into the melted chocolate. Once coated set aside on baking paper.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts and a pinch of flakey sea salt.
Allow the chocolate to set and enjoy!

**Store in the fridge.
