Cheesy Roasted Garlic Bread with Hot Honey

Ingredients
2 heads of garlic
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
150g unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 Large Ciabatta loaf
2 cups of cheese, I used a mixture of sharp cheddar and mozzarella

For the hot honey
8 tbsp honey,
1 tsp chilli flakes

Method
Preheat oven to 180C.
Slice the tops of the garlic heads and place them on a sheet of heavy-duty foil.
Drizzle generously with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Wrap the foil and place it on a baking tray. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until the garlic has softened.
Once the garlic has been roasted and removed, adjust your oven temperature to 230C.
Add your butter to a bowl, and squeeze out the garlic into the same bowl. Use a fork to mix and mash the roasted garlic and butter till combined. If the butter melts, just pop the bowl into the fridge or freezer for 10 minutes until it becomes spreadable.
Cut the loaf open and spread the garlic butter on both sides and add the cheese to both halves of the bread.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
To make the hot honey, add the honey and chilli flakes to a small saucepan, and allow to simmer for 5 minutes making sure you stir consistently to prevent burning.
Once the garlic bread is baking, slice it into wedges, and drizzle with hot honey and coriander. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
